Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your relationship with the operator of parq-casino, available exclusively via parq-ca.com, and set out the legally binding conditions for your access and use of this online gambling platform.     • parq-casino reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation of these obligations, with or without prior notice.
  4. Single Account Policy: Users may only register and operate one account per individual at parq-ca.com. Multiple accounts are not permitted and may result in closure and forfeiture of winnings.

Betting & Gameplay Rules

  1. Bet Placement:

  3. Maximum Compensation: In any event, the Operator's total liability for any claim related to a bet, wager, or bonus shall not exceed the amount of the original stake or bonus amount.

Termination & Suspension

  2. Procedure:
    • parq-casino will notify Users via email of any suspension or termination, stating the grounds and, where applicable, steps for appeal or reinstatement.
    • In the event of account closure, remaining funds (excluding bonuses subject to wagering) will be returned to the User after verification and subject to regulatory hold periods.
    • Accounts may also be closed at the User's request via customer support, with applicable refunds processed in accordance with standard procedures.
